Shipping Policy for Custom Items
Kydex holsters, magazine pouches, and knife sheaths are made to spec and produced on site. While we try to manufacture and deliver everyone's orders as quickly as possible, our currently expected lead time on custom orders is 6 weeks. It could be slightly more depending on the size, scope, and complexity of your order and changes to our workload. Many orders will ship sooner.
Shipping Policy for Quick-Ship Category Items
Items ordered from the Quick-Ship category represent some of our most popular selections and are either pre-manufactured or are continuously manufactured on an on-going basis, usually in stock, and ready for speedy delivery to you. Our goal is to process Quick Ship orders in 7 business days or less. It is always our goal to exceed your expectations, however, spikes in demand, availability of materials required for manufacture, holidays, and acts of God can occasionally cause delays.
To qualify for the expedited shipping process your order must contain ONLY items from the Quick-Ship category. If your order contains items from other categories that require production then the entire order may be delayed. To ensure you receive Quick-ship items in a timely manner, order them in a separate transaction.
Please note: Quick-Ship items are already discounted to their custom counter parts and are normally not eligible for discounts from promotional codes applied during the checkout process.
